Nayed Meets with New German Ambassador to Libya

Dr Aref Ali Nayed, Chairman of the Ihya Libya (Reviving Libya) Movement, met today on Sunday morning with the new German ambassador to Libya, Mr Michael Ohnmacht.

They discussed ways to ensure that direct Presidential and Parliamentary elections are successfully held on the scheduled date of 24 December 2021, and the importance of respecting the Roadmap that emanated from the successful international consensus at Berlin I and II, and which was enshrined in recent UN Security Council resolutions and statements on the electoral entitlement of the Libyan people.
