Having gained the right to determine our own destiny in a new and democratic Libya, we still confront the challenges of educating our youth to achieve their full potential, improving access and quality of social services, and restoring our communities and social institutions. Our vision for human development revolves around building human capabilities and removing obstacles that prevent Libyans from realizing their full potential.
