Dr. Aref Ali Al-Nayed, head of Ihya Libya Bloc, met with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Faraj Qaim, to discuss the situation in Libya and ways to achieve safe and fair Presidential and Parliamentary elections in 2023.
