Chairman of Ihya Libya Meets Head of Libyan Parliament

Earlier today, Dr. Aref Nayed, Chairman of Ihya Libya (Reviving Libya), met with H.E. Chancellor Aguila Saleh, Head of Libya’s House of Representatives (HOR). Nayed briefed H.E. Aguila on international liaison and meetings regarding Derna relief, and also on welcoming the issuance of Presidential and Parliamentary Electoral Laws, and their submission to HNEC and UNSMIL.

The meeting also addressed the importance of commencing the processes of forming a new small technocratic government, focusing all efforts on urgently delivering Presidential and Parliamentary Elections, as per the mechanism stipulated by the constitutionally binding outputs of the 6+6 Committee.
